1. Services

Nuggets provides digital design and development services for CPG brands. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Project Terms

All projects are subject to:

  • Written agreement on scope and deliverables
  • Payment terms as specified in proposals
  • Timeline and milestone agreements

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. Nuggets retains rights to:

  • Display work in portfolio
  • Reuse non-custom components
  • Retain proprietary tools and processes

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

  • 50% upfront deposit
  • Remaining balance upon project completion
  • Net 30 payment terms for ongoing services

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed.
